Surgical operations

Last month was actually a very bad month for my family.

Firstly, two of my family had surgical operation. My grandma broken her arm wrist and had surgical operation to fix it. To do that, she stayed around one week in the hospital. Of course, that surgical operation was not difficult, but general anaesthesia was the only thing my family and I did a bit care. But everything was okay.

Two days after this, one of my nephew, Taisei (11 month old), also had surgical operation to remove his big tumorable nevus on his back, which was still not sure it would become cancer in the future. So, to prevent from bad situation, his parents decided to do it. Yes, it wasn't so serious, but he also had general anaesthesia, but it was done by special team for him. During the operation, his nevus was successfully removed, and his normal skin on his back (cut it like Y letter) was stretches from both sides to stitch the wound.

(baby skin is very stretchable and will be normal in the future). Everything was done successfully, and most importantly he was very fine after that.

So, these surgical operations were done almost perfectly. Because of a bit too much stress on his scar by stretching, the inner scar (inner and outer layer were stitched) needed to fix a bit a few weeks latter. This detail will be update soon.

My first two nephews vol.2

I couldn't make it. I mean I couldn't update the blog.

Anyway, let me start.
Yes, Haruto, my biggest nephew, is the topic from the last blog.
So, he has lots and lots of toys to play. It was actually very hard to find a birthday present. I finally decided what I ordered for it. Because I couldn't find popular toy for him (because he has all) , I bought something for older kids (guess it's suit for 6 years old). Oh, today is his 4th birthday. Happy birthday to him. Hope the present for him will be delivered to me.

Well, what I want to write most is his behavior. He doesn't like/ want to share his toys with his friend and his younger brother, though he has a number of toys as I mentioned in the last blog. For example, when his younger brother, 9 months touches or tries to touch, he starts getting angry or even hit/ kick his baby brother. I am not sure why?

This baby boy, Taisei, is a strong baby. He always tries to get this brother's toy though he know he would be attacked by his brother. He doesn't cry much, just when he get very surprised or strongly hit his head on the ground. I really love to see how he grows up.

Well, I am sure I will be write about both of them, and maybe another baby nephew who will be born in a day or few.

My first two nephews vol.1

I have two nephews at the moment, but I will have another one soon.

I have two younger brothers, and youngest one has two sons. The other one got married married this August, and they will have a baby boy in a week or so. Oh, I have neither got married nor had baby yet. Anyway, I, at first, need to have a girl friend......

Well, let me start today's topic. So, topic is first two nephews.

Because I'd stayed in Australia for over 6 years, Haruto was already two years old when I met him at first time (end of 2005). So, I don't know much about how he grew up without any brother. But, I am pretty sure that he was spoiled very much by my parents (his grandparents). I think most grandparents love their grandchildren. I heard your children is a purpose to have your grandchildren. In my scientific point of view, my opinion about children is different from it.
Anyway back to my today's topic. Yes, Haruto is a lovely boy when I play with him. But he is mean to his brother or friends.

I think this topic will be continued ..... Hope I will finish this tomorrow.

New computer

I am thinking to buy a new computer. I wanted to have a notebook. However, after considering the capacity and price, I decided to go with desktop computer. There are some different sizes. Yes, I still would prefer to have smaller or even smallest one, but I need my minimum condition for video card, CPU, memory. Video card must be GeForce8600GT CPU, memory should be over 2GB DDR2, CPU would be Core 2 Duo E6750/6850 or Core 2 Quad Q6600/6800.
I find one computer which is just matched for these capacity from Dospara. This computer shop will change these capaticies. On the website, I picked the smallest computer, and which I could make the original one which just matched the capaticy which I wanted. Also, the price is pretty much reasonable.
So, hopefully I buy it in a few weeks.

My nephew's kindergarten dance & athletic event

My nephew had dance & athletic event in his kindergarten on 30th of September.

It suppose to be done in their ground, but it was raining today. So, they did in the gym in high school which is next to his kindergarten (5 minutes walk).

All my family except my father didn't go. My father was busy with his work today. Oh, yeah. My nephew's mum side grandma and his mum's sister also came to see him.

It started at 9am, I went there with my grandparents by their car, but it was a bit late, maybe 5-10 minutes late.
I missed pre-excise. But, next was running competition. Yes, he was 3 years old. Under the Japanese education system, school year starts in April, and finish in March. Basically, kids whose age is between 2nd of April to 1st April in next year are the same grade. Don't ask me why the the border is put on 2nd of April. It sounds strange to me, too.
Anyway, each kid had one race with other 3 kids randomly selected or just divided by their hight. My nephew got the 1st place in his group. Oh, there was one girl who was very first. She was one year youndr than my nephew, but I think she was the fastest in hers and next two older aged kids.
He did two more dances and a sort of running competition (get two coloured balls (maybe the same colour or maybe not the same) from a box, running to the same coloured baskets (10-20m away depending on the baskets), and put the ball in the basket), and tug of war (TSUNAHIKI). He was a good dancer, but he was always looking for the camera to be take by me and his parents. So, he sometimes did over reaction to a camera while he was dancing.

Anyway, I really enjoyed watching his dances and competitions, but I was very busy with taking photos of him. I actually took more than 200 photos during this event. But after I checked them in the computer, there were many unclear or unfocused photos. It was simply because darker condition by not enough brightness from the right in the gym and speedy movements of people. However, there were some very nice photos, so I was so happy with that.
